- All of our products aim to be despatched in 1-3 working days. During busy periods, e.g. Valentine's Day and Christmas, despatch times may increase to between 3-7 working days
- Items are shipped as standard using Royal Mail and / or Evri
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size / weight of package
- Buyers are responsible to cover costs of any customs duty and VAT charges
- All of our products are handmade to order; items are non-refundable
- Returns are not accepted unless in the unlikely event of error. In these instances we will replace the item and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product
- Damaged items upon arrival will need to be claimed back via Evri
